abuses. It should be noted, however, that these cash
recoveries are always insignificant in comparison with the overall
reduction in claims once it becomes known the client is actively
pursuing these frauds. In fact, it is not unusual for a
company's overall claims to drop 50% and remain at this lower level
once the word gets out the company will no longer tolerate this type
of criminal activity. While we can't make this claim in any
other investigative area, we have been successful on 100% of all the
warranty fraud matters we have investigated.

Most of our warranty fraud
work has been out of state and we apply reasonable travel time
caps. Additionally, when applicable in North America, we
frequently utilize our Mobile operations Center (The MOC is a 28
foot motor home set up with computer and communications
capabilities.) Usually, en route to the relevant area, the
sorting of forms, mapping out of logical sequential customer
