Expenses Apply in Addition to The Rates Below in Most Cases
Expert Witness Services:
$195 per hour for all phases of expert witness work, from client meetings and document review to local travel, site surveys, report and analysis preparation, depositions, trial preparation and courtroom
testimony. A discount for prompt payment may apply.
On TASA referrals, our rate is slightly higher, $210 per hour, but we endeavor to provide enough gratis time on these matters so the bottom line charge approximates the same as it would if the client were dealing directly with us.
It should be noted that obtaining relevant statistical data and performing other research, as well as conducting some other ancillary phases of expert witness work, can often be handled effectively and more economically by an L.P.C., Ltd.
investigator at the lower rate.
Like with our other services, travel time is capped and our expert usually can work in any area of the U.S. for approximately the same cost as an expert located closer by.
