The
National Council of Investigative & Security Services is
made up of security service and investigative agency owners
and managers throughout the United States. Regular
membership is not offered to proprietary security management,
in house investigators or foreign agency operators.
Most state's private investigator and contract security
service associations are associate members of the NCISS and
provide assistance and support when adverse federal
legislation is proposed.
While the primary focus of the NCISS relates to monitoring
federal legislation, training is provided at annual
seminars.
The
president of Loss Prevention Concepts, Ltd. is a
founding member and former Investigations Vice President of
this organization. He has served on the Board of
Directors and chaired various committees.
