I know that you'll receive this mail with a lot of apprehension and mixed feelings.But i am assuring you of its total sincerity.

Let me start by introducing my humble self.My names are Rot WILFRED WALLINS.I am among the farmers that was affected in the Zimbabwean Land reform act.

Recently,the president of our country Robert Mugabe and his cabinet decided to seize all our farm lands and machinery without any form of compensation amist all pleas from international communities.  The resultant effect of his action  today in our country is unprecedented hunger and starvation of the entire populace.

I am writting you first and foremost as a Rotarian and also as a man in dire need of urgent help .

I had to leave Zimbabwe with my wife and children to south Africa because my wife and kids never wanted to remain in Zimbabwe after that day light robbery from Mugabe.

I still find it hard to believe that a country i've spent my entire life could wake up one day and pass a law that empowers the president to confiscate the farm land i inherited from my late Dad.It's so absurd and heart breaking.May God be the judge of Mugabe and his entire cabinet for their ruthless action against humanity.

I am writting you in connection with a message i got from  a security company in Europe.They wrote to inform me that the fund my late dad deposited with them is now due for withdrawal after the expiration of a 4 year contract with them.I do not want the fund to be transfered back to any of my accounts in South Africa. I do not want to take any chances with that huge sum of money.Who knows President Thambo Mbeki might wake up one day and decide to freeze all our accounts as well.  Hope you understand my limitations and fears.They are so unpredictable in this part of the world.I am willing to offer you 30% of the total bequeath than have it transfered back to South Africa.

I know you would be wondering how i got your contact info.Actually i contacted the district governor of rotary club in Zimbabwe as soon as i received the message from the security company.I told him of my intentions to relocate with my family to your country on permanent basis.He then furnished me with your email address,which he got through internate.

So i am officially soliciting for your assistance in securing the sum of $30 million dollars in your account,pending the time i relocate with my family.

I have mandated my attorney to forward all necessary documents and contact info of the security company as soon as we receive your fax and telephone numbers
respectively.

I would also like to use this opportunity to ask you to assist me and my family to look for a family house of about 5 bedrooms in your locality,Preferably with a
flower garden in it.
